Updated Baggage Policy

This memo serves as clarification and forstrict compliance regarding the baggage guidelines and policies. Effective September 1, 2023, we have added some points that mostly passengers should be aware with.
For Business Class Passengers:
- Strictly implemented a one hand carry policy per passenger either backpack or trolley bag.
- The total dimensions of the trolley bag should not exceed 130cm; otherwise, it will be checked in along with other bags or belongings.
- Business class passengers have a complimentary baggage of 20 kilos.
- Porterage fee will not be collected for complimentary baggage whether check-in or hand carry. (This only applies to Cebu Ports only, other ports will still require you to pay porterage fee for checking in your baggage)
For Open-Air and Tourist Class Passengers:
- Trolley bags and strollers are not allowed in either tourist or open-air accommodations; otherwise, they will be checked in along with other bags or belongings.
- Tourist and open-air passengers have a complimentary baggage of 15 kilos.
- Porterage fee will not be collected for complimentary baggage whether check-in or hand carry. (This only applies to Cebu Ports only, other ports will still require you to pay porterage fee for checking in your baggage)
- No bags, packages, strollers, or any other objects that may obstruct the aisles and emergency exit doors are allowed onboard.
Table below shows the tariff rates for excess baggage beyond the allowable weight and measurement.

- Dangerous items are non-allowable baggage; Firearms have to be turned over to the baggage personnel before boarding.
- Carrier's liability for checked-in baggage and cargo is limited to Php100 per passenger unless the passenger has declared a higher value and paid the supplementary tariff.
- Baggage unclaimed within 2 days from completion of voyage shall be disposed of in accordance with law, with the Carrier's right to claim storage fees.
- Personal belongings, medicine, and valuable items should not be checked in, as the carrier is not liable for any damages they may incur.
- Carrier reserves the right to refuse live plants and animals for carriage.
